Ingredient
- 1Cup - Capsicum (mixed colors)
- 1/2Cup -Boiled Green Peas
- 1/2Cup - Onion
- 21/2Cups - Cooked Rice
To Grind
- 3-4 nos - Dry Red chilli
- Few Curry leaves
- 1/2tsp -Mustard seeds
- 1tsp - Urad dal
- 2tsp - Channa dal
- 1tsp -Corriander seeds
- 6tsp - Groundnut
- 1/2tsp - Garam masala
Dry roast the ingredients from "To Grind", n keep aside
In a pan heat a 2tsp of butter,add onions,peas n Capsicum n fry for few mins,then add salt n the grinded Powder n mix well.
Now slowly add the cooked rice in a low flame n mix well.
Serve Hot with boiled eggs/plain curd/raitha.
