Its my all time favorite with plain curd rice. I just love it n here goes the recipe.Its going for Side Dish Event hosted by Easy cooking.
- 1no - Potato(cut lenthwise)
- 1/2cup -Cauliflower(cut into small florets)
- 1/2cup - Capsicum
- 1/2cup - Onion
- 2tsp -Tomato Puree
- 1tsp -Ginger Garlic paste
- 1tsp -Cumin seeds
- 1/2tsp -Mustard Seeds
- Red chilli Powder - As required
- 1/2tsp - Turmeric Powder
- Salt - As required
- Oil - As required
Microwave the Potato n cauliflower separately till it turns tender n keep aside.
Heat the oil in pan,add mustard seeds,when splutters add cumin seeds ,onion n capsicum,fry till it turns transparent.
Add ginger garlic paste,stir for few mins then add tomato puree n fry till raw smell goes off.
Add all the Powders n mix well.Now add the potato n cauliflower n stir well so that the masalas will coat potato n cauliflower,do it in a low flame.
It goes good with chappathi, n plain curd rice.
