- 2Cups - Rice Flour
- 1/2Cup - Urad dhal flour
- 3/4Cup - Roasted channa (Pottukadalai) Grind thm into fine powder
- 1/2Cup - Melted Butter
- 6tsp - Seasame seeds
- 1tsp - Cumin seeds
- 1tsp -Ajwain seeds
- Red chilli Powder - As Required
- Salt - To Taste
Mix the above all ingredients along with little water.
Knead the mix to make a soft dough.
Using murukku maker pipe out the patterns (there will be a lots of patterns,u can choose as per ur wish) in a plate.
Heat oil in a medium flame,drop the murukku patterns from the plate to Oil.
Fry till it turns gloden brown.
Remove from oil and place it in a paper towel to drain the oil
Allow to cool n store it in a air tight container
Enjoy with evening Tea.
