Egg Masala


  • 4nos - Boiled Eggs
  • 2nos - Finely chopped onions
  • 2nos - Finely Chopped tomato
  • 1/4tsp - Mustard seeds
  • 1/4tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2nos - Green chillies
  • 1tsp - Corriander powder
  • 1/2tsp - Cumin powder
  • 1/2tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/4tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Few curry leaves
  • Corriander leaves


Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,when splutters add green chillies curry leaves,onion,salt as required n fry till it turns transparent.

Add Ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder n fry till the raw smell goes off.Add tomatos n cook till it turns mushy,add red chilli powder,cumin corriander powder,with 1/4Cup water and cook for few mins.

Cut the boiled eggs into two pieces,n add the halved eggs to the masala n mix well with it.

Take out from stove top n Granish with Corriander leaves.

Egg Masala looks very tasty, though m not fond of eggs too much the pic looks drooling :)
